Please someone should answer me, i had a unprotected anal sex on march but tested negative on June on the 90 day of my possible explosion after all the all symptom.

but my problem is  that i had pains all over my body, keen, waist and muscle even on my fingers joint.
please can this be Hiv related symptoms, am dying please
