I am really scared...please help me resolve this...

some people told me that HIVES are not a symptom of primary HIV infection...but when i read some of the websites on google..it says that hives can maybe caused by weaken immune system, and HIV is mentioned in there...i used to be very calm since the last few weeks, not till now when i read that online...i had unprotected sex for about 8 weeks already, but i experienced HIVES all over my body after possible exposures to HIV...please help me everyone....i'm scared now...thank you in advance....
