I am so worried about this diarrhea

please i need your help on the 25 of may i had a protected vaginal sex with 2 csw both of them were sent an hour before for oral rapid test and finger stick rapid test was negative for both of them .i recived oral sex from both of them without condom, Next day i developed a losse stool.progress to explosive diarrhea. then on 31 and 1st of june i hand another encounter with another csw in different country and i had the same exact senerio both tests were negative unportected oral sex but protected vaginal sex.condomes were intact in all cases. since then iam having watery diarrhea no fever, iam exteremerly worried about hiv risk since i think some of the vaginal secretion may have touch my penis while i was exchanging condomes in the 1st encouter.
what is my risk for hiv or ARDS or this could be a traveler dirrahea please advise

Reacting first to the title you selected for this thread:  Diarrhea by itself is virtually never evidence of HIV or AIDS.  And of course there are hundreds of causes of diarrhea that are more common than HIV/AIDS.  Even if you describe the highest imaginable risks for HIV, most likely you diarrhea has nothing to do with that.

Now I have read the rest of the question. Guess what?  You describe virtually zero risk for HIV (condom-protected sex and receiving oral sex from people who, statistically, are unlikely to have HIV); as I said, diarrhea by itself is not evidence of HIV (only in conjunction with other symptoms); and HIV never causes symptoms a day after infection--it always takes 7-10 days minimum.

Whether the problem is traveler's diarrhea or something else, I cannot even guess.  See a provider if the problem continues.  But don't worry about HIV.
