I am still worried

I have already posted this under the doctor's forum and have gotten a reply. I want to know whether my anxiety is causing the symptoms of dry cough or pimples over my thigh and chest
5 weeks ago I was at the larry flynt's hustler club in NYC. I had a private lap dance ($300) for 20minutes and during that time I sucked on the dancer's nipples (she was topless) few times and that was it, there was no kissing (mouth to mouth), no oral/anal/vaginal sex. 2 weeks later I developed a dry cough and I still have that cough. And I noticed some pimples over my chest and thigh (they are itchy). I went to the doctor, he stated there is absolutely no risk whatsoever in contracting any STDs from my activities. My cough has still not subsided and I am getting so disturbed and I am losing my sleep.
My question is
Do I need a test at the 3 month mark for HIV/other STDs or a 6 week mark
Is nipple sucking a risk for any STD (including HIV) transmission

Go back and reread what Dr. Handsfield told you. You did not have a risk in the situation you provided.

Thanks for the answer teak. I promise this is my one and only exposure. But why I got the dry cough and I started to get pimples on my thigh and chest more over my hair follicles and today after exercising (elliptical for 30mins) I saw a rash over my stretch mark area under my Left armpit, all these signs are freaking me out. Any thoughts on this. Do i need testing

No you don't need testing. If you have a concern see your doctor. It has nothing to do with HIV.
