About two weeks ago, after a fight with my wife I left the house and picked up a hooker( I know...stupid). Any way she than performed oral sex on me without protection. Immediately after I freaked out, their wasn't any cuts or soars on my penis and I have had no symptoms of any std...but I am extremely worried about contracting H.I.V. How soon can I get the most accurate testing available and what is my risk?
