I got sexual abused when I was a child

Dear Doctor,

I have a secret I never tell to others.

I am a boy and 25 years old.

I clearly remember that when I was 10 years old, I was caught by a young man. He robbed me of money and he brought me to an alley. He pushed me against the wall and put his penis into my mouth which means oral sex I supposed.

He did not ejaculate in my mouth but I know I touched his prostatic fluid in my mouth.

Though it happened 15 years ago, I still worry about HIV I may suffer. Such horrible experience left me a great shadow in my mind and cannot be swept.

My question:
1. Can I suffer HIV because of that abuse experience?
2. Can HIV latency period be 15 years?
3. Need I go to have a test?
4.  Does prostatic fluid contain HIV?

I nearly forget this experience.

These days I fell love with a girl who is my first girlfriend. I cannot help remmebering this experience because I am afraid that I can infect her if I suffered HIV.

Mental assistance is a good thing when you continue to have troubles, but you did not get HIV. Just make sure you know her HIV status too!
