I had a semi protected sex with indoasian worker . am I at risk

Hi Experts,

Want your opinion on a fact I am stating for me getting infected with HIV or any other STIs

I went to a sex worker. We had oral for may be 5-10 seconds. We touched each other's body.

I wore a condom. And then I started rubbing her clit with my fingers for a while like 1-2 minutes. Then I licked her clit only once may be 1-2 seconds and then I had an intercourse.

I don't the position but I was on top n storked her for 1 minute and then we changed the position to doggy style. The moment I was putting my penis in, I felt condom broke. But when I checked it was ok and I made sure my whole penis is covered (but now I think it was broke, but for sure my whole penis was covered). So i put it back in and had an intercourse for max 1 minute and  I took out my penis I saw my whole penis was covered. But when I  put it back the condom slipped out and my penis head was open and by mistake I put it in for may be one or two small strokes..then I covered my penis head back..and had another for 30 seconds...when I took out my penis condom was intact..
She then sat on my penis and pushed herself up n down around my penis (made sure condom was covering penis) and then in 30 sec to 1 minute I came inside her n I immediately removed my penis out of her vagina and saw that condom was still intact.( I am regretting that should not have been so turned on and should have changed the condom as soon as I had a clue that it was broken)

I spoke with her and asked her whether she had HIV,but she said she doesn't have. I am not sure abt her answer coz she is a worker for a while.

I shared the breaking of condom thing with the agent. He asked me to clean my penis with dettol. I did so. But when I came back home I checked on Google it said it increases the chances.

This happened yesterday night and I have had my worst nightmare. I am feeling worst coz the country in which I am doesn't have sexologist to consult. I am going back to my home country India after a month. I am thinking of getting myself tested then.

Today (1st day after exposure). I feel a very slight pain on my penis. I feel the pain only when I pull my skin down. I see my head has quite a few rinkles on the head of penis. And also there is a layer of circular belt that has started to develop below my penis head n it's slightly swollen.

Please guide how much exposed am I to HIV and other STIs and please recommend some medications as I am in not availability of medical experts here.

This was my 4th sex with a worker in my life. In the last 3 I always used protection n I never had any symptoms like this before.

If you had penetrated her without a condom, yes, you had a risk, albeit brief, you've got to test. Test at the 6th week with an ag/ab test for an excellent indication followed by a simple ab test at 12 weeks to conclude. Symptoms don't mean anything when it comes to hiv, the only way to know your status is to test.
