I have flu like sypmtoms after having sex with a provider. Can I be infected with HIV?

I had unprotected oral sex (both providing and receiving) and protected sex with a female provider 6 weeks ago. She looks completely normal without any rash or bruise on her body. About 4 weeks ago I got yeast infection on both my penis and my anus. At that time I did a HIV test but has came back with negative result. Then last week I was told by the doctor that I have scabies and 2 days ago I got the flu symptoms (fever, muscle ache but no running nose). I sleeps with my wife and 1 year old kid everynight but they don't seem to show any sign of flu.
I'm really scared right now. Could it be coincident or is these flu symptoms cause by my body trying to fight the HIV virus. Should I go in for another HIV test or is it too early and I should wait till it's 3 months?
