I have recurring pneumonia and chills but hiv test is negative

I contracted something 11 years ago similar symptoms to hiv but when I took the test repeatedly comes out negative.
First onset chills, shakes, severe bronchitis, headaches, dizziness, pins and needles in feet, hair loss.
After couple of months headaches persisted, stomach gas, hair loss, blurred vision, itchy groin and scalp.
Recently recurring pneumonia, every 7 months and chills, sensitivity in my feet, night sweats.
Have been to infectious disease last year could not find anything.
Have done most std tests.recent sickness gets me worried.
Can anyone help!
Symptoms similar to hiv but tests are negative
Could this be a similar strain?
Please Help

You don't have HIV so whatever else is going on needs to be assessed by your doctor.

Symptoms are not use for diagnosis. an antibody test at 3 months post exposure would give you a conclusive result. so if your last test was 3 months or more after your last exposure, you do not have an HIV concern then. Your symptoms may be due to something else. Stay safe always.
