I do vaginal without condom for 2 or 3 minutes max last i cum in inside i do that with fumes  pornstar girl and she do std before 2 month and i do before meeting 1 week std
i have after meeting 1 weeks Sore throat
And this first time In my live with girl because i have wife

Is this test done at the 12 week window? Anyways, an RNA test is not used for routine testing. Yes it is a good indicator that you don't have hiv, but not conclusive. ONLY a 12th week simple ab test is conclusive.

You had a risk with the unprotected penetration.Not only for HIV but for other STDs as well. Please post in the std forum to have your risk for other STDs assessed.  You need to test to know your status. Stop having unprotected sex with your wife until your test results are out.  An ag/ab test at 6 weeks will give you an excellent indication followed by a 12th week ab test will be conclusive.
