I made my first mistake

I made mistake when i met with a woman in the street.
I did what she told me that it was rubbing but me iam not sure what i did
As much as i remember i did not put my penis inside my vagina but even if i put it it was less than minute
after all that i started internet searching of Hiv RISK  as soon as i got the information i became sick
first i felt flu sore throat i went to Gum in my local when i told the doctor my situation i got tested Ganorrhea and clymida the doctor said to me it is all fine.
So what i need is what is my risk of Hiv if iam dubtfull of what i did.
