I may have been exposed to HIV.

Hello doctor,
About 4 weeks back i had sex with a sex worker while she was on her period, I was wearing 2 condoms while intercourse. After sometime I was done and when I removed my penis from inside of her vagina the blood & vaginal fluid was allover my groin area I wiped all of it and wash the area with soap and water both within 20 seconds. Now the real problem is I had itching on my groin area because of which there were many broken skin. I think some of the fluid would have went inside my blood stream. Now after 3 weeks i am having Fatigue,Nausea, recurring fever, loss of appetite,Muscle Pain, Joint pain. When I went to a doctor he advised some blood test, When I got my results it showed my platelets count low.
Total Platelet Count 132000/cmm
Mean Platelet Valume [MPV] 11.9 FL

I read onlinr that this could point that I may have been exposed to HIV. Please advice what do you think. I am very much depressed.

You had protected sex, as long as the head of your penis was covered during the act and the condom did not break, you're safe.  Next time please use only 1 condom. Using 2 at the same time can lead to condom failure because of the friction. Don't worry about the broken skin, HIV doesn't infect outside the body.

Seems pretty straight forward but I am freaking out here. Should I go for a RNA PCR test?

No. You don't need to.
