Hi I Had sex with girl I have no idea if she her HIV ?? after 30 days I did test HIV p24 combo antigen and hiv1\hiv2 antibodies it was negative so I need to repeat the test again because it was no protect or the test conclusive

If you took a 4th generation DUO test at 30 days it was conclusive and will NOT change.
There is any possibility to change the resolute with negative to positive after 30 days???????
