I need the link to that site that said there is no risk of hiv through oral sex

I tried digging, couldn't find it.

I also was in another debate with a doctor, a friend of mine, who got pissed off when I tried to debate why it wasn't a risk to him, and said all the things that people normally say.  What should I do about this?  I assumed he just had an anger problem because there was no reason to get upset over a debate, maybe me questioning his medical knowledge caused it?  I don't know.
