I need your help please!

3 years and 7 months ago I had unprotected exposure with an unknown girl, I developed symptoms like headache, white coating tongue, low WBC afterwards …
I had more than 30 Negative HIV tests like WB, DNA, RNA and ELISA (1/2/o). My girl friend (developed all early symptoms too) also (since we had unprotected sex) has tested negative for many tests like me .The recent one was last week, but the problem is here;
1-I got Toxoplasma 6 years ago (before the risk). All my glands were inflamed.
2- We both diagnosed with Mycoplasma 2 years ago.
3- I never knew what was my WBC but after the exposure it always stay below reference range and 1 week ago was 3.6 (4.0 – 11.0) “indicator of infection”.
4-The Lymphocytes count is also 49 (10-45), another indicator of infection.
5-My Lactic Dehydrogenises is 285 (112-245), Wikipedia: “HIV-positive patients with respiratory symptoms have very high LDH level”.
6-I am having chest pain (respiratory symptoms) with very thick flem (phlegm) and sputum during day, especially in the morning that makes me to spit it out every hour.
7-A week ago I got very unusual rash on my both back fist and they are still itching and reddish.
8- Headache
9- Jolting muscles that I believe it should be neural disorder,
10- Canker sore and some bumps appear in my mouth after any meal (time to time).
MY CONCERN:
1-Since we have had unprotected sex after my risky exposure is it possible HIV makes some unknown and complex strains in our body that is not detectable?
2-Dr I am new in US and so desperate for what is happening to me, what should I do? What Dr should I talk to?
3- I know Toxoplasma and HIV together are so deadly so I do not want to be so sick and then look for medical.
4-Yes we both have HIV negative but what are all these symptoms for?
5-Is there any test like T-cell or other that can be useful at this situation?
6-These are not enough to conclude somebody got HIV?
I am afraid I die and they still say I don’t have HIV.
Appreciate

Welcome to the HIV forum.

In the medical evaluation of someone concerned about HIV, the test results outrule all other facts, symptoms, exposure history, etc.  Your test results for HIV are negative.  That means you do not have HIV.  Period; there are no exceptions.

To your specific questions:

1) There are no HIV strains not detected by the standard tests.
2) If you have not seen an infectious diseases specialist, that might be a logical step.
3) Most toxoplasmosis infections occur in people without HIV.  In the absence of HIV, toxoplasmosis is usually a mild illness that clears up without any serious consequences.
4,5) I do not know the cause of your symptoms, but it isn't HIV -- and since HIV is the only topic for this forum, I won't try to guess about other causes or to recommend any other tests.
6) For sure you do not have HIV.

You're going to need to work with your health care provider(s) to learn the cause(s) of your symptoms.  But please forget HIV.  You don't have it.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
