I put my finger in my vagina and anus and there was a wound that did not bleed

I am embarrassed because my English is weak Hello I live in Nigeria
I live with a woman who is interested in the house. She is from Nigeria and I do not really know whether she is sick or not
I am very careful of diseases and I do not confuse with anyone who has not had sex in this country yet
But today I do not know how the instinct overcame me and I hugged the woman and inserted my finger into her vagina for no more than two minutes
Then insert the tip of the finger into the *** for a few seconds
I washed my hand immediately after finishing
I remembered that the skin was slightly brittle on the tip of the nail but the blood did not come out
But if you move the skin a bit, I feel some pain but there is no blood
There was a little redness
I am very worried and I do not know whether she has AIDS can move me?
I hope you will honestly answer that I will die of anxiety

You had zero risk. Only sex risks are unprotected vaginal or anal and you were a long way from that. You can't get HIV from a finger cut or any cut so you should stop examining your finger and get back to your normal life.

Thank you very much
Can you tell me the scientific explanation so that I can eliminate this?
I strongly apologize for repeating questions and testing your patience
When I remember that my finger wound had touched the vaginal fluid the fear kills me
I should have given you more info it the beginning, so here it is.

You didn't do any of the ONLY 3 risks below.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make your encounter a risk for HIV.
Give me a last chance
I am very grateful to you
But you are talking about the work of the virus outside of the body
I inserted my finger into the vagina and touched the scratching fluid
I wanted a scientific explanation of why the virus does not enter the wound  or the blood stream inside the vagina
As you have already been told, your described situation is a Zero Risk situation. Please consider the following facts

1. You inserted your finger
2. The finger was exposed to her body fluids
3. Your finger did not have any bleeding wound
4. Then you took out your finger and the fluid was exposed to ambient air, capable of inactivating the virus
5. Then you took the same finger in your mouth
6. The fluids on your finger came in contact with your saliva, containing several enzymes capable of inactivating the virus.

Your only fear remains around the "brittleness" of your finger skin. As long as there is an open wound, profusely bleeding, risk of virus permeation through such skins (as yours) remains non existent.
Also reread about the 3 and realize forum this is not a science course, and is an HIV prevention forum, there is only so much time that can be spent here on biology.
I appreciate that sir and apologize for the great urgency
I know you're not responsible for what I'm worried about And just you are responsible for telling the truth
3 people have told you there is nothing to be worried about. You will not make medical history with an infection that no one else ever had, so it is time to move on from HiV and get back to your normal life.
