I read it's more likely for gay men to get HIV

But if two gay men have unprotected sex, does one need to have the infection for it to be spread onto the other man? Or can one or both catch it if they haven't got it yet?
3 years ago with 3 partners we masturbated each other, dry anal hump with underwear on, and oral, penis' touching. i have a rash under armpits, and some but not all symptoms. the 3 guys i beleive are hiv- because i know them .... i still beleive there was a risk. i have gotten a std, herpes from one of them. but never have gotten hiv tested... do i need it? i havent been sexually active after those episodes.  (thanks to whoever who posts).

Never seen anyone say oral is high risk and if anyone does they have no clue what they are talking about. People who say low risk at least have a clue and go by the case reports.

We say no risk based on facts. Several studies done have shown that HIV is not a risk for transmission via oral sex.

How would one be able to get HIV if the other does not have it? It is not something magical and says with anal sex I give you HIV.

You need testing from your unprotected anal sex exposure.
