I tested at 65-66days negative using Abbott Axsym gO EIA(3rd Generation)

What do you think of my 9 weeks test? I will be testing again at 12 weeks for conclusive result.

Is my test checks all substypes? Why it is indicated group O?

Of course 13 weeks is conservative. If you are CDC authority, how will you choose window period for the public? Say, if the field doctors tell you that 99.99% will convert at 8 weeks, 99.999% will convert at 9 weeks, 99.9999% will convert at 10 weeks, 99.99999% will convert at 11 weeks, and 99.999999% will convert at 12. And they also tell you that the 100 out of 1 million that does not convert after 8 weeks are those immune system broken people, what do you think? WOW, you may say, I'll use two window period for normal people and the other, being 8 weeks and 13. CDC won't think like that. SAY, if one immune-suppressed guy have HIV test at 8 weeks and relax and later found out he is pos, he may hire a lawyer and recover 10 mil USD from CDC. HOHO. CDC cannot bear that.

Teak,

I mean about the Six Weeks test that is "higly encouraging"

Some says that the 12/13weeks is also conservative.

The CDC before said its 6months, now its 3months. My question is how many allowance they put in the 12/13 weeks?

They subtracted. It was 6 months until 2001 and then changed to 13 weeks. 12 weeks is used outside of the US.
It's rare for testing to go over 13 weeks but most of those people that know to test to 6 months already know the reason they need to test longer.

So it just indicated that this test Checks for Subtype O. But also likes other Hiv test that checks for all subtypes?

I read that the CDC is conservative about the Window Period. The window period is 12/13weeks. How many weeks did the CDC added that made them conservative?

The older tests did not check for subtype O and your test is saying to check for subtype O. Most clinics do check for subtype O automatically.

Your 9-week result is highly indicative of what you can expect at 12-13 weeks.

Depending on your exposure risk, further testing might not be warranted. Assuming you had a high risk exposure (e.g., unprotected receptive anal with an HIV+ man), however, testing through 13 weeks is still recommended. But even with a very high risk exposure, a 9-week negative result should be extremely encouraging.
