I think I got HIV

Hello everyone. 2 weeks ago I received unprotected oral from a sex worker (biggest mistake of my life) I didnt have any symptoms or anything...but the last 5 days I have been sick with high fever,sore throat,and a stuffed nose.I almost never get sick but when I do its usualy over within 2 days! I used to be a very healthy person in general. Its the first time that I am sick for 5 days straight...does that mean HIV 100%??? Also I got sick in august where the weather in my country was very hot   so you cant get sick easily. Thats why im almost sure I got HIV. Also 4 months ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl from my high school but im sure she was clean (she only had sex with 1 other guy in her life) and I had no symptoms in these 4 months...could she by any chance have infected me with HIV and the symptoms started now 4 months later??? Help me guys im worried to death :(
