IN DESPERATE NEED.PLEASE HELP!!

I had an exposure on 16th October with sex worker here in India ,it was unprotected oral(i was receptor) and then unprotected vaginal sex for 15 minutes.I was then really worried when almost after 1 week weird red bumps appeared along with accute loose motions.Though the spots on face were gone in a weeks time,My neck and shoulder too started to pain a lot and its still there.Since then i was really worried and took ELISAAntobody  test at 5th week then at 11th and at 83rd day which all came NON REACTIVE. My questions are-

1 Are my symptoms are related to ARS?

2 How accurate are antibody test taken at 83rd day?Its almost 12th week( 1 day short to 12 weeks).

3 Do i need further testing?

4 I do not know about generation of the test but at 12th week are tests sensitive enough to pick antibodies?Some say that people also take 6 months or 1 year to seroconvert.I am really really worried,i cant wait for 6 months now.The last 3 months have been a real torture for me.To wait Another 3 months,surely i'll die.I had been couragous enough to take 4 tests.

5 Can a test also make error to not pick antibodies even if it is present in the body?

Please answer!!!!

Thanks for the reply.Today is the 90th day and the only symptoms which now remains is some dizziness,neck pain and slight shoulder pain.I also went to a doctor he said it could be first stage of spondilitis.Thats all as far as symptoms are concerned.I also experience some on and off red spots kind of thing sometime on arms and some times on legs it remains for half n hour and they are gone.Please answer what are these?I have seen people who ask questions when they have exposed to unprotected sex they also experience same things like dizziness,neck pain and spots either on face/arms.These common symptoms worrying me a lot.Kindly answer.Do further testing after 83 days is required or can i put this behind and move forward!!

Just for correction my first test was ELISA test taken at 3rd week.The other two were ECLIA tests(5th,11th and at 83rd day).Net doesnt has much information about ECLIA test.Is DNA PCR test are much better than ECLIA tests?I also want to tell you that all the three test i have taken from one pathelogy does that makes any difference.I suppose there shouldnt be margin for clerical errors since i have taken 3 tests even if they all have done at same lab.Should i try some other lab as well.Please i am very disturbed,kindly answer!! Are performed tests reliable?All tests were sample taken from arms..

Thanks for your response.I am ecstatic.I just got myself tested today again by tridot test at another Lab and the result came back negative yet again.Today i have completed 91 days post last exposure.With this i have taken 5 tests in all.My last question to you all is with 1 ELISA,3 ECLIA and 1 tridot test in 91 days.Are these tests conclusive and more over with the kind of tests available i suppose these are 3rd Generation tests is 6 months testing required?I have read in some forums where people are still recommended 6 months testing.What are the risk situation where 6 months testing is warranted!!!!!Please do answer for the last time

Sorry to disturb once again but i was very worried and posted my questions to medhelp and as well as i-base,theirs answer made me again worried,as per them it is possible that the result may turn into positive in next three months though it is extremely rare and even if i dont put myself at further risk.Now what thats mean?Now do i retesting each and every fortnightly?Will this string of testing will ever end.Kindly answer,I am very disturbed rt now after having following tests?;

1 ELISA-3rd week
2 ECLIA-5th week
3 ECLIA-7th week
4 ECLIA-9th week
5 ECLIA-11th week
6 ECLIA-83rd day
7 Tridot test-91 days

All came back NON REACTIVE.Kindly tell me when i sould retest now?
The only you can say the symptom is my neck pain and slight dizziness.Pl answer!!!

Pl dont get annoyed.I truly respect the forum members and the knowledge especially you and teak but i recently read the thread in which a person tested positive after he got tested at 3 months and six months infact he seroconverted to positive at 9th month.What are the probability of those persons?If we look at this way then people ( i know its really foolish) stray for even once then they will never come out from HIV paranoia.

Kindly do let us know if more sensitive tests are available?Kindly do answer for the final time.What is the correct time frame when these tests are taken?And more over is my tests are good enough to detect antibodies??

Thanks for the help extended,well its 97 days post last exposure and i wanted to clarify my two queries from you and please dont ban me as it will surely be my last question.

1 My left shoulder and neck really pains still for more than 3 months now along with the dizziness and heavy eyes.Some odd spots do come on sometimes on my face some times below the jaws area and goes away in a day or two.I am also experiencing discomfort in jaw area for two to three days and i am finding difficult opening my jaw to full extent not much discomfort in swallowing though.Some discomfort in rt groin area when i move along.Are these things reflects that i am in some kind of seroconversion??Are these typical signs of stress/anxiety or ARS??

2  I have taken all ECLIA test from same pathelogy but five times  at an interval of 2 weeks each,Can the lab technician perform some kind of clerical error??The first antibody test was at Regligare centre but taken at 3rd week.May be its was a bit too early.While the last one was a tridot test at different centre.I just wanted to know is ECLIA test reliable and 5 times testing can also rule out error?

Kindly do answer and i promise that i wont be disturbing you again.I am still afraid and more over i dont to get tested again.It has taken a lot of me while testing 7 times!!!!

My Problem has not ended as yet. I got my self tested at 108th day post my lastest exposure by DUO test and got results as

Antigen value 0.01 against cut off value 0.25
Antibody 1 & 2 0.07 against cut off value 0.25

My questions are: 1 What are above mentioned values when hiv virus is not in me as per your evaluations.What do these numbers indicate.Is it possible that these numbers increases as time goes by since i havent crossed 6 months as yet?

2 I have found red/brown circular bumpy spots on my face which looks quite ugly and few more spots like them which looks that they will also grow as time goes on.I have growling stomach on regular basis.Tingling behind ears.Though now the dizziness is completely gone which was there for almost 3 months!!!Neck pain is still there.Do you think that these are ARS symptoms?

3 Do you think that i have weak immune system thats why i havent detected as yet?

Lastly i have diabitics,does diabitics make people immune system weak so as they should get tested till six months???

Thanks.But kindly do understand my situation.I had been intimate with my wife since i had last test done. I am very afraid for her more than myself.For her atleast kindly answer for the one final time.

1 What do these nos reveal and can they increase as time goes on it is the 16th week i took the test.

2 Do i go for western blot test since i do know little about the procedures and tests but as i heard about them they directly looks for virus itself but they are very expensive here.

3 Do my diabitics problem make my immune system weak and should i keep testing till six months

PLEASE DONT DENY ANSWER ATLEAST FOR MY WIFE.
