If a hand comes in contact with the vagiinal fluid and later touches your penis can it cause HIV?

Hi
    I recently had sex with a woman who has had several sex partners. Well we had protected sex with a latex condom which was used properly. My only worry is she touched her vagina a few times during the intercourse and sometimes her vaginal fluid. She of course wiped her hand but did not wash it before touching my penis and gave me a handjob. She also spit saliva on my penis can it cause HIV  or any other infection becuase she did not clean her hand with a soap.

Is it true that a sufficent amount of vaginal fluid should enter the penis to cause HIV??? and sometimes even the first encounter does not cause HIV is it after repetitive sexual encounters ???? I also want to ask that if you touch vaginal fluid and wipe your hands and don't clean your hands does the hiv virus stay on your hands and can it be transferred if the penis or anything is touched ?????? Plz do reply... Thanks.

You can not transmit HIV from your hands to your penis nor any other way outside your body.
