If oral sex is safe, why do many babies get HIV+ through breastfeeding?

If oral sex is safe, why do many babies get HIV+ through breastfeeding?

Or maybe there's something I don't get....

Do not take this the wrong way but your answer does not seem very informed.  Someone else care to enlighten me on this??

Breast milk has very little infectious HIV virus. However baby drink milk quite often and also child immune system is no so strong as well as child stomach do no have different acid like adult which cause HIV infection to child from breastfeeding.

Breast feeding to child and oral sex is two differnt thing dont get confused with these two.
