IgE, Antibody for Allergies, or HIV?

Ok I had allergies for the first time in my life, as far as i know. I had eyes that would turn red , itch, and eyes were sore and ached only upon extending or looking out the extreme corners of my eyes... other than that no signficant symptoms were present, i think it might be Allergic Conjuntivitus...

Any way regardless of my exposure, i was tested three times and negative, at 25 days, 6 weeks, 10 weeks(68 days)...
Generally IgE would cause hyperactivity of immune system and thus the body attacks allergens, pollen, dust, Etc...

So does the onset of NEW Allergies mean my immune system is alterted or changed because of HIV?
