I'm Worried - Please Respond !!

In Feb this year, I had a few encounter with CSW. Initially, she provided unprotected oral sex  (I was the receiver not the giver), however, in later visits, I did not allow her to do any oral sex. We did french kiss and I had a protected sex with her. It was only virginal sex, NO anal sex at all. When I got back, I noticed that I had an ulcer. I did not have any bleeding gums during that time but I do remember that I had an ulcer and a hairline cut due to aggressive brushing.

Within 2 days I contracted flu-like symptoms: muscle aches throughout my body especially on my shoulder joints. But I don't have any headache, sore throat, cough, no abdominal pain, no fever and no diarrhea on that day.

However, my joint pains continued till today. Last weekend I took my family out and I wasn't insulated with enough warm cloths, but when I returned, I had bad cough and chest congestion. I started to get fever and also had night sweats, however, I don't have swollen lymph nodes. Are these all symptoms of HIV or did I just caught cold from the volatile weather that has been fluctuating?

I have done several tests and all turn our negative. I did two in Mar and the latest was done in Apr 9.  I was so relieved, however, the nurse told me that the window period is 3 months. My last encountered was in late Feb. She said it is only 1 month 2 weeks so far. I still have to get tested in May. I also read that when CD4 count goes low, all these symptoms starts to appear. Could it be that my CD4 counts is going low and I'm catching cold unnecessarily?

I am getting paranoid. I am worried that I might have got HIV and I don't want to infect my wife. Can anyone get infection through the kisses while having an ulcer and I do get bleeding gums occasionally, could I have been infected by HIV? Did I just caught cold from the volatile weather that has been fluctuating or are these all signs of HIV.

Dear Teak,

Sorry for the double post. But the symptoms that I have recently experience wasn't in my earlier post. Yesterday and today, I started to get fever and also had night sweats, however, I don't have swollen lymph nodes nor do I have  diarrhea.

Again, I apologize for my second post.
