I'm i at risk

Hello doc,

Fristly sorry for my english,

I had 5 times body massage in gulf area during the past 3 months and all of the ends with musterbating by the massage lady and only one of them i received oral sex for less than 10 or 15 sec,

Then 2 weeks after the oral incedent , i had a low sore throat with no fever and no other symptoms
Just 2 days after taking antibiotic  i noticed my tongue turns to be white with one smooth red spot on it,
And the throat pain is totaly gone after 10 days and its starts to go in 3 or 4 days (i had 2 antibiotics)
And i had a normal blood test during the symptoms that shown the (neutrophils=80) and (lymphocytes=15)

It's more than 7 weeks now and still have only my tongue but its not so white now

Im realy stressed and i don't know if im in risk or not

And for your information i never had any other kind of sex before out of my marrage

Please i need your assesment
