I'm scared, really scared. Precum and Oral

I'm 17 years old guy and I live with the fear of having adquired HIV. Five weeks ago I had sex with a 17 year old guy I met online. I did him with a condom so I have no worries about that. I'm, however, worried because I gave him an oral while having a really small aphta that I made myself when I accidentaly bit my lips three or four days bofore that. I must have givem him like 2 minutes of oral sex in total, but not continously. I'm not sure if there was precum envolved.

The day after that he told me he had fever and some sort of spots (purple ones) in the chest, arms in face. I'm obsessed with HIV so I thought he was having the acute HIV infection (not caused by me, obviously). He got tests taken the next week and they were negative. The doctor said it was some sort of flu-like virus and that it was kind of common.

Days after that, I also took an HIV test that was also negative (after two weeks of the exposure). My hemogram showed eosinophils' values kind of high (11%, but I am really allergic and the doctor suggested it might be parasites), neutrophils in about 40% and leukocytes at 43% (values my doctor said were alright). Everything in my hemogram seemed to be normal. I thought I had fever, but my temperature was below 37°C and still like that since I'm still taking my temperature often to see changes. I asume it was just stress, as well as the feel of tiredness.

I am very scared of being infected. I would like to know what the chances are. Five weeks have past and I haven't had any acute infection symptom. I cannot think, I cannot live. I'm way too scared.

Someone please help me...

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who believe that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA
"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." Dr. Hook
"The observation on thousands and thousands of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort)." DR HOOK
"I would not say your risk ,if he had HIV is "slim to none"- that's too high.  I would say they are effectively zero.  How much of his ejaculate or other genital  secretions you may have swallowed makes no difference.  EWH "
"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook
