I'm worried that I have the HIV

Hello sir,  I had an protected sex since almost 3 months ago with a prostitute. I played with her vagina, fingered, eating it and inserted my finger inside her. Two hours later, I had an unusual pain in the back of my head which lasted for five days. A month later, I started to have an excessive headache with fever. I also had extreme tiredness and weakness. I have pain in muscles. I felt pain in my throat.I have water running from my nose without congestion. I went to doctors three times all without any good results. The first time he prescribed for me "APO AMOXI CLAV" for throat infection. The second time, the doctor prescribed for me a spray for nose "NASONEX",mometasone furoate monohydrate. The third time was again with throat infection and different medication "PENICILLINE". I'm really worried and frustrated since none of these medication improved my health since two months. I still have the symptomes as the first day. I'm scared of HIV since my symptomes are very similar to this virus especially the extreme tiredness and weakness. I sleep too much and I'm still tired and very weak. I'm so scared ...Thank you for your support

Welcome to the forum.  I'll try to help.

My initial reply is in response to the title you chose for your question, "I'm worried I have HIV".  That being the case, you should be tested.  Even if the risk is low, testing is the best way to know for certain, and a negative test result usually is more reassuring than anything I or any other expert can say.

Now I have read the risk.  Hsving had condom-protected sex, there was no significant risk of HIV, even if your partner was infected.  And if you are in the US or other industrialized country, probably she was not.

Equally important, you are wrong about your symptoms being "very similar" to those of HIV.  They are not.  HIV does not cause the symptoms you describe.  Early HIV infection does not cause nasal congestion, does not cause sore throat without fever, and does not last 2 months.  Sleeping too much and weakness are also not likely HIV symptoms.

As I said, the way to know for sure is to discuss your fears with your doctor and have an HIV test. Your doctor can also advise you about other, more likely causes of your symptoms.

Many people tend to second guess advice like this.  Please do not.  Just get tested.  When you do, feel free to tell me the result.  But there is nothing you can add that would change my opinion or advice, so I won't have anything more to say until and unless you let me know your test result.  In the meantime, try to stop worrying about it.  Assuming you have had no other HIV risk factors, you can expect a negative result.
