In home oraquick test?

I had unprotected sex with a female of unknown status since that sexual encounter I have tested 4 times. I tested at 30 days with an antibody blood test  which came back negative, the other 3 times I tested using the oraquick in home oral swab test at days 68, 81, 90 all negative. Can I consider my 90 day result conclusive?
