No worries mate. Always remember to use condom during sex and never share needles.
I love you Tom. Then Im safe, that is all i have done.
Really ...Thankyou so much!!
1. Protected sex is NO risk
2. Oral sex is ZERO risk
3. A cut in the finger doesn't give enough pathway for the virus to get in to your blood streams. NO risk
4. No penetration is equal to No risk
None of the questions warrant any HIV tests.

Hey tom thanks...can u please answer this???
1. anal sex for about about 1min with a condom
2.oral sex with condom
3.masterbation but later noticed there was a cut on my knuckle index finger..not sure if any precum got on it...I think none
but what are the risk if precum did get on it.
The cut is about 1mm big, very small and at least a day or 2 old
4. also if someone was not wearing a condom and got a lap dance but did not insert the penis...is that a risk of transmission?? Basiclly rubbing penis on the body..is that a risk?
Does anyone of those warrant an hiv test??
CBC test doesn't look / detect for HIV antibodies. If you had an exposure, get the HIV specific tests.

but the doctor told me there was no signs of infection
But the doctor told me there was no signs of infection in my blood???
It sounds to me that what you had is a CBC test not HIV test. If you had potential exposure to HIV then you need to take specific HIV tests. I recommend that you get the HIV rapid tests where you can get the result less than an hour. But take note, any HIV tests is conclusive after 3 months post exposure.
Antibiotics dont affect at all to any HIV tests.
