Infected tonsils after oral sex with CSW really scared please help..

Ok so on the 15th of last month almost one month ago, I sought out the services of a CSW (commercial sex worker) she was a local woman, married, 3 grown kids, good reviews on the escort website... we had protected sex, she gave me oral unprotected and I gave her oral unprotected, there was a nasty taste when I performed oral on her thus I stopped immediately, I may have been down there all of 30 seconds after about half an hour I got home and washed out y mouth but I neglected my throat... my penis is fine, no discharge or pain, I noticed that there is a tiny hard patch on my groin but it is painless and invisible could this be swelling? Primarily a day or two after my encounter I woke up with swollen tonsils, that were infected with white pus spots, I experienced no throat pain cold or flu symptoms were non existent, I sought help from a doctor so I went to my local walk in centre as my GP was booked up all week, the doctor told me that I have a tonsillitis infection and that I require antibiotics, I was put on a 10 day course of phenoxymethyllpenicillin and the pus eventually went away despite my tonsils still being swollen however a few days later the pus returned in a smaller amount, note: I did not change my toothbrush directly after starting or completing the course of antibiotics, this frightened me into going to see my GP who I explained everything to and she told me that she thinks all I have is tonsillitis and that the fact that I had a sexual encounter prior to my infection was mere coincidence despite me not being ill in over a year prior to the experience, she took throat swabs for testing however she felt that I would be wise to get myself checked out... so she wrote me a prescription for another 10 day course of phenoxymethyllpenicillin which I began that same day, later that day I got checked out by getting throat swabs, urine tests and bloodwork taken I was told that my risk of getting HIV was great as I was with a CSW this put the fear of god into me and I've been panicking all month and I am currently waiting on my results within the next 2 weeks I do not believe that I have had any symptoms of ARS although I have had the swollen infected tonsils, my armpits are fine, I've not lost any weight, my appetite has hardly changed much no rashes apart from a redness brought on by shaving my pubic area which I am not used to, I've only had 3 headaches this month which were a tad fever-ish but not intense meaning I was feeling warm with a mild headache but after sleeping I felt fine again, overall my earlier symptoms include; swollen tonsils, white pus spots, mild headache, one case of muscle pain in the shoulder, curious hard bump on the crotch, enlarged Wharton ducts under tongue appearing like fluid bulbs, clear Goosebumps-like bubbles on the roof of my mouth and a few on the inside of my lip on the left side and finally bumps at the back of my throat (originally I feared having herpes despite having no cold sores or pain in mouth at all)  I am unsure if these bumps at the back of my throat were pre existing to my condition however I feel that they are related as the majority of oral bumps I have did not exist before my infection... I have been on my second course of phenoxymethyllpenicillin for 3 days now and the white pus is pretty much gone now do I have a bacterial infection? i.e strep throat, bacterial tonsillitis or viral mono? what are the bumps at the back of my throat and the bubble-like bumps in my mouth? what are my chances of having anything bad like herpes, syphilis or ARS brought on by HIV??? A doctors opinion would be greatly appreciated... note that I asked the woman I sought services from about her sexual health and she informed me on both occasions that her health is fine and as a family person she has enough to think of without taking risks.  I still fear the possibility of having a serious illness answers to my questions would be greatly appreciated

That epic story boils down to one relevant fact, that you had oral.
HIV is inactivated in saliva and also in air so can't infect. Double zero risk.
No one in 40 year history got HIV from oral and lots had more cuts and swellings than you did, so you won't be the first in history.
double zero = zero so no need to test or continue trying to be a Google doctor with no medical training.
Your doctor is the go to person to diagnose any medical issues, not you, which is apparent since you are subconsciously trying to invent a new science involving HIV which you weren't exposed to.

thank you for your response, as I said my concern for HIV comes only from the fact that my doctor told me I was with a high risk person...the internet can be very fear mongering thank you anyway for putting me at ease this has been a stressful month so youre telling me the only way to contract HIV is to come in contact with an infected persons blood? not their saliva or vaginal secretions?

Reread the advice because I did not say anything like that. Only sex risks are unprotected penetrating anal or vaginal which you did not have.

apologies... I did not mean to suggest that you were saying that coming into contact with another's blood is the only way you can contract HIV and not through vaginal secretions I was attempting to pose a question, so would you say its safe to assume that I'm merely suffering from a viral or bacterial infection, ive been to see my doctor and I am awaiting swab results

This is an HIV forum, so yes, your doctor is your best bet for whatever infection you might have.

understood, besides since the infection in my tonsils is affected positively by the antibiotics I'm on i suppose I can assume I'm dealing with a bacterial infection as viruses aren't affected by antibiotics right? anyways thanks I'm feeling a lot better about the subject now
