Injury while playing basketball (cut lip)

Hello doctor
I had this incident while playing basketball in which i got elbowed in my mouth and my lips bled for a couple minutes. I checked the other guy's hand to see if my teeth had cut him but i couldn't any major bleeding. i am worried that there might have been a smaller cut which i could have missed and that our blood could have come in contact. Am i at risk? Do i need to get tested ? I am worried. Please answer at the earliest. Thank you.

Thank you teak. From your earlier posts i could understand that there has to be really a lot of blood spilt and severe injuries for transmission to occur in this manner. is that true??
