Inner Thighs and STD'S???

Just wondering if anyone can help me out here cause I am really concerned.
I have had redness in my inner thighs near my testicles for about 2 weeks and it was a little painfull and it was really red on both sides but no bumps or anything. Just wondering if this is a hiv symptom or an std or anxiety. It went away after 2 weeks and there is no red on my inner thighs anymore.
Any help would be really appreciated.

A brief description of your exposure is necessary tu understand any possible risk.
What you describe is no way a symptom of HIV and anyhow, symptoms are never an indication of HIV transmission.
