Inquiry about HIV ?
Recently i was having sex with a high class prostitute suddenly i realized that my condom broke midway.I then withdraw it . She shows me her medical certificate with result as HIV negative and was done recently on 3rd DEC 2009.I think i was in her with broken condom only for 10 sec.But now i am still worrid about HIV or STD transmissin. Please tell what should i do?
Also i heard that HIV transmission from infected man to female is very high as compare to from infected female to male ??

odds are that she doesnt have hiv. with that and the minimal time you were exposed...it is unlikely that you were infected.
with that being said...the ONLY way to know one's status is by testing. 6-8 weeks post exposure will give you a good indication of your status...but follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result.
