Insertive oral sex with cuts

Had exposure of unprotected oral sex with girl and also shaved my pubic hair before 2 hrs This was my exposure in my 48 yrs n  out of my marriage, which happened on 31st of may 2016. After 27 days of this oral incident I started to have  flu like symptoms with body/joint aches with my body gets hot till today. I cannot function and especially aircondition makes it worse.
Went to numerous specialist, did all the blood test like CBC/ESR/CRP/ANA profile/Arthritis/ thyroid/uric/kidney/liver/Stool/Urine/sputum/X-ray/Ctscan/MRI. symptoms is still going on. Unable to find the cause.
Their is no anonymous testing here. Anyone who tested positive are deported. Also, due to ongoing 6+ months symptoms I m very afraid to go for testing.  My medical test is due in April 2017 for renewing my employment visa. I dont know what is in my destiny. My wife and kids future is depend on my hiv medical test.

I was not worried and concerned about hiv as I read that oral is zero risk or any contact outside the body is not infectious. It is unable to reproduce outside the host. Their is no documented cases of hiv from receiving oral or from spillage(contact outside of body) in 35+ yrs. But, this ongoing symptoms has shaken my confidence completely and I had convince myself that this is ARS and I m infected with hiv.

Also, I did not had any sexual relation with my wife after this oral incident till today and she is working as kindergarten teacher n she just passed her medical/hiv test in October 2016.

I have been reading articles in medhelp since 1 year before deciding to go for unprotected oral sex.

My questions are

1. What are my Risk of acquiring hiv from saliva probably with bleeding gums on multiple cuts, bearing the scrotum skin is very thin. She was untreated, her viral load were high.

2. Saliva probably mix with blood was used as lubricant during handjob, due to rigorous hand force the cuts on penis might have got opened and allowed the hiv virus to enter via cuts or urethra to the blood stream.

3. What is more risky & dangerous, the cuts or urethra. The virus can pass easily from cuts or urethra, which are more accessible to hiv. Does shaving nicks increases the risk of hiv. Does blood to blood contact thru cuts are not risky.

4. All experts says there should be sufficient virus to transmit hiv, isn’t one virus enough to infect or 0.1 ml of blood enough to transmit hiv.

5. All experts says, Hiv is fragile virus, but their is contradicting information of its survival outside body, some says survival is 3 seconds, 11 seconds, 15 seconds, 1 minute, hour(s) or days. Exactly how much time it survives n can infect

6. The saliva mix with blood From mouth to cuts while sucking can reach within 2-3 seconds, so within 2-3 second the hiv virus due to air exposure might become noninfectious or inactive or it can infect.

7.'The enzymes/protein in saliva can deactivate the virus in blood from bleeding gums before going to cuts on the penis/scrotum/groin area.

8. There is no reliable news, so i would like to know the seroconversion(ARS) is coming within 2-6 weeks and last for 7-10 days, but some says 7-14 days/2-4 weeks/2-6 weeks/6 months/lifelong. Mine is going on since 6+ months.

9. Also, Is there any Ongoing retroviral syndrome, other than acute retroviral syndrome where you don’t recover from the sickness { Read Dr Sean/ freedomhealth). It make me scare to death as mine is ongoing after the oral exposure

10. My ESR is not going down since 6 months (45-35), does ARS can cause high ESR for 6+ months.

11. Most reputable hiv experts accepts, there is risk in giving Blowjob, So, I wanted to know, If the giver is blowing with his bleeding gums & the infected body fluid (semen/blood) from the receiver can infect the giver thru his bleeding gums, then why not the saliva mix  with blood of giver can infect to the receiver through urethra or cuts.
12. Their is one recent study which says shaving increses the sti risk, also their r some cases of hiv transmission from dental in vatican n from cosnetic surgery.

Thnxs ruby n nomoreanxious for ur answer.

Receiving oral with probably with bleeding gums on 2 hrs old shavings cuts and hand job with her saliva probably with bleeding gums was risky or not I dont know. But I have symptoms after 27 days of exposure n since 7 months I m not able to recover from flu type symptoms n body/joint pain n hot body.

It seems in my case, all science, bilology, scientific research, scientist, hiv experts mighht have failed. I m fearing something went wrong in the exposure n I may b unlucky n the first to get hiv from receiving oral sex

It started with chills n still I m having chills n bodypain with my body gets hot daily since 7 months

I m following with several doctors n they r clueless about my symptoms n consistent HIgh ESR (45-35) since 7 months. They just order 100 of blood test (ANA profile, CRP  n Arthiritis profile is negative) excluding hiv test n then prescribe painkillers. They r not able to diagnosis or find the cause.

It is not light enough to b called cold or severe enough to b consider as flu. Somewhat moderate n between cold n flu. Flu cannot go on consistently for seven months, it can be only for few days. I did thrice antibiotic course, but it did nothing.

Such long n persistent flu type symptoms I read r with hiv only.

Here the drs may not b aware of ARS stmptoms n could not know whether this symptoms could be ARS. Can ARS go on.persisently for seven months n continue goon beyond 7 months.

One important question I wud like to ask how the people r recovering from ARS n what medicine they r taking. They take normal antibiotic or they have to take antiviral like haart medicine to recover from ARS.

I m very afraid of going for hiv test n left everything in the hand of god n will do only medical when my employment visa is due for renewal in april 17.

I wud like to know If someone with hiv have bleeding n receding gums with cavities, so his family n kids can share the same drink or same glass. Also, the soap n towel can be shared by other members if someone has cut in hands or body.

Also, if a house cat who scratches 0r bite the hiv+ n gets the blood in mouth n at the same time bite or scratches the hiv- person, what r the chances of hiv infection.

Also, I wud like to know who is the moderators of this forum after dr hook n dr hhh went n what their background of hiv knowledge in giving risk assessment. Anyone can comment n give advice or it is controlled by moderators.

I m not doubting the assesment given here n agree the forum volunteers  r doing coomandable job by taking out their preciious time to remove the doubt n fear of anxious persons like us.

Plz dont get angry with me.

Thanxs n god bless us all

That was quite the epic tome of a post, and my response is going to be a very short novella,

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV but CAN be a risk for other STD's such as gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, etc.
I would advise you test for these.

Since this exposure happened back in May of 2016, ANY test now for HIV will give you 100% conclusive results. Even though you do not need to test for HIV, I think you should for your own peace of mind. You can do an at-home quality test and be assured of the results after 8 months. If and when they test you to renew your work visa, you will be negative.

Do have them test for other STD's so you can start with a clean slate.

Any remaining symptoms should be brought to the attention of your doctor.

Perhaps seek therapy if you can't accept Ruby's advice that you had zero risk.

btw the highest probability is you had flu like everyone else gets 3 times a year.
