Insti Hiv Test accuracy after 74 days

Hey - I had a Insti HIV test 74 days after potential exposure. The test was negative. How reliable is this test after this time? The unprotected sex I had 74 days ago was with a casual partner. I also have a regular partner who has been away in another country for the 74 days. My regular partner and I regulalry have unprotected sex. I will tell him about the casual sex and the HIV test but I wanted to be sure that this period is enough to be sure that I would not possible infect my partner. Would it be better to wait 90 days and have other test HIV tests. Would these be more accurate?
Thanks

3 months is considered that conclusive hiv antibody test window period.
That being said Dr Hook and Dr HHH had said on many posts that at 6 weeks 95% of new infections will show postive at that time.At 8 weeks over 99%  of new infections will be postive.Im not quite sure where the 80% figure posted above comes from.Im am by no means an expert at all but i figure i could relay some info from 2 experts in this field.I hope this helps..

3months can give you a conclusive result
74days can only be right for 80%
