Intentional needle poke to back

I was somewhere I should not have been smoking marijuana w/ someone I know (barely) and his boyfriend. His boyfriend was high as a kite on God knows what. The bf brought up crystal meth and said "it makes you feel nothing" I responded "that sounds like a roofie" . The situation got serious for me when I caught him sniffing powder and trying to lace the weed (stopped smoking immediately after that) The guy I know is/was  (unsure at this point) friends with someone that hates me with a passion (due to someone lying telling her I told them she has HIV positive) when my back was turned I felt a sharp poke and grabbed my back (mind you the bf was behind me) I turned slightly and asked him what he was doing and he said "you caught me" then he rushed out of the room. He seemed very agitated after with me being there, so I told my "friend" it was time for me to go and walked towards the door w/ him trailing right behind. I then felt a quick flick to my back (sharp) and I again grabbed my back & noticed my "friend" smiling. What is the likelihood I contracted hep c/hiv

This entire story is a giant "what if."  People aren't carrying around syringes full of HIV+ blood.  Where would they get it? Where would they keep it? Who would extract it for them? The likelihood of such an event is so remote as to be unworthy of consideration.

However, as you are advising others, if you wish to test, you know when to do so.

Considering I was in his home where someone known to be hep c positive lives and knowing his history I am warranted to ask what I'm asking. No trustworthy people I know are snorting drugs all night and trying to hide the fact that they are lacing a blunt. I'm very rational, are you telling me I'm making up that I was poked with something so sharp I jumped ?
Not at all. I'm saying the likelihood of you having been poked with an HIV blood-filled needle is almost non-existent.  Again, only you were there that night, so test if it will give you peace of mind.  If you have HepC questions, there's a separate forum for that.
