Is ARS Rash "hot" ?

After possible exposure and some symptoms, the skin on my neck, ears, and eyelids is all really red and it feels "warm" almost like a sunburn.  I don't really see any bumps, it's mostly just red skin (neck, ears, eyelids, part of my chest just below my neck).  This seemed to have developed after I was out driving around in the sun for a few hours yesterday but it is still there.  Does this sound like an ARS rash?  Or is just from driving in the sun/heat?  But why is it still here the next day if so?

Also - I had a fever (and chills) of 101.6F a few days ago (along with sore throat) but the fever only lasted for one night and I have not had fever before or after that night - my throat is still slightly sore though (going on 4-5 days now).  Does the fever associated with acute HIV usually last longer than my brief fever??

I am very stressed out as my symptoms all seem indicative of a mono-like illness or ARS, and the sore throat is puzzling me b/c I don't have cough or cold, just a sore throat.  Can someone please answer my questions about the Rash and the Fever and if these symptoms sound at all like ARS?     :(

How is unprotected oral sex not a risk?  or shoddy condoms with possible vaginal area bleeding?  that seems like a risk to me.  i don't know what else would explain my symptoms.

No one needed to answer you question about a ARS rash, as without a risk of HIV you cannot have symptoms that related to HIV

You were never at risk and you aren't having an ARS rash.

I'd imagine that "Planned Parenthood" would be the equivilant to my State's "Family Planning Queensland", the protection they provide is of quality, the condoms maybe labelled with their own logo etc... however you will find they will have a bulk contract with Ansel, Durex or another quality supplier and provide the condoms to the community through Governmnet Funding, you incident is of no risk for HIV.

Several times of unprotected fellatio with a girl I am seeing and probably 15 times of protected vaginal sex with same girl.

However, the condoms we used at first were some from Planned Parenthood that she had and I heard those were of suspect quality.  Also she had some kind of surgical procedure done on her vagina a few weeks prior so I don't know if there might have been any slight bleeding or something from the surgery too - I don't recall seeing any blood on the condoms but it was also dark.  Also I am uncircumsized and I heard that can greatly increase your risk.

Basically this whole rash, fever, and sore throat thing has me really worried.  Particularly the rash coupled with the fever, though maybe it is just some other virus....    but then i wonder why I don't have other symptoms like cough/runny nose and why I have been tired lately.....
