Is Fever sure symptom in HIV

Thanks Lizzie,
Plz let me know if fever is one of the sure symptoms, i am worried as i have passed 5 months ie, 142 days after the protected(though know used two condoms was in risk) sex. I had no symptoms of any thing that says HIV but i have a little pain at times in my neck.

Doctor already said it that from ARS u cant say u have HIV or Not
Are u tested? and if yes and if you are negative its time to MOVE ON
