Is HIV ! & @ Test Conclusive after 90 days

I received a negative non reactive report for the fourth generation HIV I & II test (Roche) , done after 90 days of my potential exposure.
Shall i feel safe now, is it accurate. what do you suggest.
Just for information I would like to add that I took this test after 28 days and sixty days prior to this and both were also negative non reactive.
Please advice.

Thanks and Regards
