Is PCR test @ 75 day reliable?

Is PCR test @ 75 day reliable?

I read some topics , it says to take pcr test within 2-4weeks will b more reliable than 75 days test
....Does PCR test @ 75 days mean nothing?

Do anybody here have a direct knowledge about this?

I have heard that PCR DNA test is reliable as it looks for the virus..
I have heard that p24 antigen is reliable between 2 - 6 weeks..
I have heard that antibodies test at 3/6 weeks are reliable and conclusive at 3 months...if u have already reached 75 days..u can wait for 15 more days to have an antibody test..if u have been neg all this time..u will be negative..(thats what i have heard too..and i hope its true too....LOL..)

I Had a DNA PCR at 90 days, Because I Had Worrying Symptoms. i.e Real gland swelling/ulcers etc. I Wasnt Sure about Antibody Production.

From what iv read a DNA pcr would be positive even when a prc rna could be negative due to undetectable viral rna load.

Rna is converted to dna inside cell via reverse transcriptase enzyme. Dna pcr is diagnostic tool/in certain cases/Babies of hiv +ve women who Have Ab's but are Hi virus -ve. (ab's received through placenta) make ab test +ve but they dont have the virus. However ab test is gold standard.

In the UK Dna pcr is used as a diagnostic tool, from 10 days. for people who cant wait. But Even they recommend Ab test at 3 months to back it up.
Once you have the dna, its +ve forevever/detectable. no matter what. Unlike viral load rna test (Body can clear the plasma with Pep/Meds) .on thebody, US they use it for indeterminate cases.

I had these tests, My symptoms got worse anyway!!!! which prompted me to do 23 wk Ab/p24 test. -ve.
