Is This Consistent With ARS?

Hello all, I'm going for my 6 week 4th gen Antibody/Antigen test on Monday, and hopefully that will provide some more conclusive results either way, but I am severely stressed and anxious about the situation I am in and want to give you a timeline of events to see how this compares to other ARS cases

Day 0: I had unprotected sex with a man of unknown status, I was the top partner.
Day 14: Burning urination, Swollen groin lymph Node, diagnosed with Chlamydia
Day 30: Completed Antibiotics a few days earlier, Notice one swollen lymph node on left side of neck, begin to prod around for more, and I think I caused my armpit lymph nodes to swell up, they return back to normal a few days later
Day 31: I take a biolytical insti HIV test, results negative, but still too early to be sure, also my neck/shoulders have been tensed and stiff for this whole time period
Day 37: I develop a sore throat, and "headache" or weird light headed dizzy feely. It's hard to put into words. May or may not have a swollen lymph node on the other side of my neck, but the one from my left side remains swollen since Day 30.
Day 40: Headache, and sore throat are almost 100% resolved

I have yet to develop a fever or rash through any of this, and if I notice one I'm going to freak out to no end because that is the conclusive "evidence" in my messed up mind...People have told me that the antibiotics and stress/anxiety would severely weaken my immune system but not sure if that can really happen.

Testing is the only way, I understand, but should I be concerned with one (as far as I know) swollen lymph node, and a sore throat? Is this timeline of symptoms consistent with HIV ARS?

Thanks for any insight.

I received my 6th week result (well 5 weeks and 5 days) and it was:

HIV Screen 4th Generation wRfx:  Non Reactive

Do I need to test further?

Any negative test is good. Hopefully, your lucky streak continues when you receive your DUO results back.

Your symptoms are not HIV specific
