Is coughing a sign of hiv

I wanted to know if coughing (dry cough) was a sign on hiv ? ars symptoms

I still have this lil cough going on. No sore throat, fever and I don't feel sick. I am coughing yellow phlegm smh. My chest feels a lil tight and I been taking my asthma meds like crazy. The back of my throat itches a lil bit, plus my ears feel a lil itchy; this cannot be allergies its dec 2010.. I cannot wait to take my 6wk test and 1 @ 12wks.

Ur rite, once I started looking the net; my mind is making me believe I have the symptoms. I am so stressed because I slept with is fighting with me that he is clean etc. and stop looking for stuff. He said he is gonna go 4 a test 2 shut me up.

Thank u 4 your opinion, It does mean a lot. I am just a nut case until i take a test @ 6wks the @ 12wks. I am searching the net and all my symptoms match up (lord forbid). Can u tell me why my symptoms has nothing to do with hiv, since u said it has nothing to do with hiv.

Now I am really freaking out. My throat feels werid, its like the beginning stages of my throat is about to become sore. And right now I having shortness of breath (tightness in my chest) but dont know if this because of my asthma. When I already had a cold 11 days after possible exposure. And now @ 4wks exposure now I feel as tho I am going to catch another cold. I know this is really bad. What are your thoughts about this ? or anybody can let me know their thoughts as well. Thanks

I know that symptoms don't tell u about your status. I am no dummy lol @ that because I know some diseases have the same symptoms. Only a conclusive test will tell you.

Is everything okay with u ? What happened, that u are in worst shape than me. Right now I feel like I am going crazy. Everywhere I go, I see HIV poster, commercials,  internet pop ups etc bout HIV/AIDS and it scares me; it has me thinking is this a sign smh. Sounds crazy lol

I am concern because I am @ 4wk post exposure. And I am going for a 6wk test and then @ the 3month mark. And I have this cough off and on. It feels like a tickle in my throat. No sore throat. In my previous post, I was told that my symptoms basically don't mask ARS. Now I am concern about this cough.
