Is easy to know if a condom breaks during sex?

Hello,

I had insertive anal sex using condom, my fear now comes that I dind't check the condom when I pull it off from my penis as it was a bit dark in the room.

Now I'm starting to think that maybe the condom was broken or had a hole and I didn't notice. Would I have noticed if the condom breaks during the penetration? Is really easy to notice if this happen or can tiny holes happen? And what about a tiny part of the penis wasn't covered by the condom?

Thank you for you help.

When condoms break, it's really obvious.  Like major spills, catastrophic event.  Little pin holes don't really happen---  they burst.  And if your penis head was covered, you're good.  So, yes--  you'd know if it broke and if head was covered, no risk either.

Thank you so much. Is it true that in this type of situation the only remaining part of the condom would be the ring at the base that will be separated from the rest?

And do you notice it during the penetration, like a sound or a feeling?

Thanks, but I'm kind of worried because as I said when I pull it off was really quick and don't know now.

Yes only the ring would be left on the base of your penis and a bunch of tattered pieces hanging down from it would be left, so BOTH of you would know that immediately. You are so safe you don't even need to test.
Thank you so much, I'll try to keep my mind calm, but I'm kind of ocd with hiv.
Thanks, again
There are 5,000 diseases and conditions that you can actually get, so focusing on one that you can't get is not a good use of your time. If it becomes an obsession your doctor or a therapist might be able to help you put this in perspective so you can free up some time.
