Is my diarrhea and herpes outbreak a sign of HIV infection?

Hey everyone,

I was hoping to have my symptoms evaluated by a professional or someone else who has experienced ARS symptoms before testing positive. Any input by anyone is appreciated as the anxiety is overwhelming.

I tested positive for HSV1 &2 roughly 2 years ago through oral sex.
My initial outbreak was around 48 hours after exposure. Very quick and somewhat severe. I initially thoight I was dying of HIV. Been HIV negative since.

Fast forward to June 29th, 2016.
I had protected vaginal sex with a women of unknown status. The condom did not break  and was used properly in my opinion. This lasted roughly 30 minutes and then I took off the condom and used my hand to finish. There was no oral sex, fingering, or anal. I later noticed that night immediatelybafterwards that I wasbstarting to haveba herpes break out. There was no open sores from what I could see but the area where I normally have my outbreaks was irritated and red. The next few days were followed by anxiety, lack of appetite, and constipation.

About 10 days after possible exposure I started to get consistent diarrhea about 2-4 times a day. Yellow and watery. I have never had this type of diarrhea before. At least from my knowledge. and the normal symptoms I usually have following an outbreak: generally feeling unwell, swollen lymph nodes, aches and pains. Only this time the outbreak seemed more severe than usual for the amount of daily Acylovir I am prescribed. It was not as bad as my initial outbreak but still pretty severe and it is persisting with suppression therapy. The other thing is that I have no open sores from what I can see. Just the upper left portion of my penis is a inflammed looking red.  Usually I will get at least one sore that burst open and then crusts over and heals quickly and then the symptoms clear up quickly. Like I never had it.

The diarrhea was starting to cause headaches and dehydration so I went into the Emergency Room for possible STD exposure and symptoms. They gave me a full round of antibiotics for any possible bacterial infections I could have picked up. They also took about 5 viles of blood to be tested. In addition I was tested for HIV and Hepatitis on July 16th, about 17 days after possible exposure.  My blood results came back as negative. I asked the Doc what type of HIV test is used and if checks for both the antigen and antibody for HIV and she said both, then sounded unsure and said antibody, then corrected herself and said both. It took about 4 hours for the blood work. I have read on the internet that it was probably a duo test. Results were negative. The Doc physically examined me. Checked my mouth for ulcers, no fever, irritation on penis shaft, no visible open sores, slight swelling of right neck, arm pit, and groin lymph nodes. She said my symptoms are not consistent with HIV and that she feels I don't have any other STD's based off my symptoms except for the already established HSV2. As for the diarrhea she said it must be a viral infection.

Today is July 22nd, 2016.

Symptoms still persist. Every few days i will have a slightly normal bowel movement ,kinda but then goes right back. Its been 3 going on 4 weeks. The herpes rash is still present. Lymph nodes kinda swollen. And I cant tell if my tongue is changing color? The back half is redder than the rest the surface. I have no fever, no sore throat, no rash, no vomitting. The persistent diarrhea and persistent herpes outbreak is scarying the crap out of me. Help? Was my HIV blood work test accurate at 17 days? If my body was responding to HIV by severe diarrhea or swollen lymph nodea, wouldn't I have tested positive? Gonna go in for another blood test at 30 days.
