Is there any chance

this is my 1st time here...i was browsing the internet and i came arcross this forum and i wish u can can help me out

i had sex with a prostitute on DEC 23 2008...and yes it was protected sex i used a condom
i was so woried that i took my test on the(4 weeks later) 21 Jan 2009 and it came bck negative
My questions are:

1) is these  enough to prove that i do not hv HIV?..is further testing needed?

2) Would i know if the condom broke because when i as done there was no tear on the top of the condom  should i be worried if there was a tear below the condom?(And i have a foreskin )

1.) Protected sex is NO risk, by norm a 4th week result would be around 85% reliable

2.)as long as the top is covered, it was protected

And the test was by ELISA/EIA(HIV 1/II antigen/antibodies)serum and plasma.

And what i meant by the condom tear is if there was a tear under the head of the condom that i did not know about..

1. You did not have a risk. You did not need testing.
2. If the condom had failed you would have known without a doubt.
