Is this risk for hiv?

I had blood tests done and after the tests the usual cleaning and bandaid was applied to the needle puncture site on my arm.

The next day I had removed the bandaid and showered etc then a person touched my arm twice right on the prick site.

Should I be concerned of catching hiv or anything?

On close inspection I think the hole close but it was still visible to see where the needle went in which made me question if it was.

I look forward to a response.
