Is thrush an HIV sign?

I had posted a question here before, but I guess the real question is: Is oral thrush a sign of HIV? I developed thrush on my tongue and I am taking medicine now. I am only 30 years old, married, monogamous relationship for years. I have not done anything to expose myself neither has my husband. Should I get tested for HIV? I am very concerned. thank you in advance for your answer.

thrush can be caused by alot of things...it is not hiv specific.

if you have not had a hiv risk...take this up with your doctor.
