Itchy Rash

I have an itchy rash that started on the back of my hands and forearms and has moved to to the inside of the upper arms and ankles.  The lower areas of the scalp also itch.  Diphenhydramine and cold showers help slightly to relieve the intense itching.   It appears as tiny white dots, then the skin turns bright pink when I scratch the itch. There are tiny bruises in the areas of the rash about the size of a dime. I saw a doctor twice and she is ordering lots of blood and urine tests mostly to assuage my fear though she seems totally stumped as to the cause of the rash.  She plans to refer me to a dermatologist.  The rash started 11 days ago and began 19 days after unprotected vaginal sex with a male. Do HIV rashes itch like this?  I have no other symptoms and feel strong and full of energy.

NO. HIV rashes do not itch and symptoms do not come on that late. Get your 6 week test and if that test is negative get your conclusive test result at 3 months. Sex last for minutes HIV lasts a life time. Use condoms.
