I've got PEP and still worries

Hallo Doctor....I'm 21 y/o bisex man from asia, I have a question about pep.
I had anal intercourse w/ no condom with a strange man (I'm in passive role),  I was half drunk, and didn't think much.
Then 46 hours later I went to hospital and took pep, but the doctor considered my case as middle risk case and just gave me two kind drugs in one pill (3tc+lamivudine).
8 weeks later i took hiv-test and the result is non reactive, but I still worried.
Is it true that windows period for people who took pep is longer than normal?
Please give me your suggestion, thanks so much.
