Jeff one more question about my tonsils

Sorry, I will leave you alone after this.,

I just looked at my throat with a flashlight and noticed a canker sore type thing on my right tonsil near the thick white patches.

Is that part of mono? Or is it an oral herpe?

If he gave you Mono, herpes, and hiv, then I would consider you the unluckiest person ever. Minus the kids who get hiv and other deadly diseases.

Yes, men suck. I like women much more (but not the kind you feed dollar bills to).

I think all your lymph nodes can be swollen because herpes is a virus and your lymph nodes are what protect you against viruses which is why they get swollen when fighing off invaders.

I am hoping the jerk did not give me herpes b/c i know it inreases the risk of getting HIV if he had it.

I check almost daily to make sure I dont have a lesion and am shocked when i dont see one. I know everyone is different in the timing of outbreaks but I am wondering if most people get their first outbreak soon after exposure to the virus.

I think you should go after this guy who put the stuff in your drink. But there probably is no evidence unless they caught it on camera. What a major ahole. It makes me sick there are men like that, and like the man who put me at risk, walking around the world with us.

Yes, he did.  It isn't just my groin lymph nodes, but my arms and legs.. Isn't that weird???

You would KNOW if you had a herpes outbreak, blue.  Sometimes they are mild, but you still know.
Mine were not bad.. I just had some redness and burning.  I did not have any ulcers or anything.

From what I've seen Dr. HHH says, herpes symptoms vary depending on the person. I, for example. knew right away that I had genital herpes. My leg and butt were in a lot of pain, and I had a large eruption of sores on my penis that caused a lot of pain as well. There was absolutely no doubt I had genital herpes. However, supposedly some people get infected and then don't have symptoms. So I can't say when you would have your first outbreak if you were infected, since it supposedly varies so much. But, I would venture to say that if you haven't had any pain or haven't noticed any sores, you probably aren't infected.

This guy gave you herpes, right?

I know somebody with herpes and she said before her first outbreak her groin lymph nodes got really sore. I wonder if that is why yours is sore?

Jeff: If the jerk who may have given me HIV had herpes, how soon after he gave it to me would I expect to see my first herpe show up?

yes, I will be.

I plan to find a place where I can get an oral rapid test next week at my 4 week mark.

I am not sure where to go. I cant go to the county public health until my 3 month mark, they told me no more testing because I went there too much.

Do you know if planned parenthood has rapid tests?

I was under the impression I was given an RNA test but it turns out it was just an antibody test. Negative. But then again its only been 3 weeks since my last possible exposure.

I don't know. It could be part of the exudate caused by your mono infection, and will go away altogether with the white spots. Can't say for sure though.
